Pneumatology recognizes the fact that we as human beings express ourselves in three ways - physically, mentally and spiritually. Think of an equilateral triangle. Thinks of the right side of the triangle as representing the physical body. Think of the left side as representing the mental body. And think of the base of the triangle as representing the spiritual body. If all sides are equal, then you can draw a perfect circle in the center of the triangle. That perfect circle represents a whole person. It doesn't take too much of an imagination to realize that if anything happens to any one of the sides of the triangle, it effects the shape of the circle.

Pneumatherapy will help you get rid of FEAR, lack of CONFIDENCE, ANXIETY about the future, PROCRASTINATION, to get a handle on the STRESS and TENSION of everyday living. Pneumatherapy will help you develop a POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE.
